The Ganim Difference

We begin the process by spending time with you to gain an understanding of your wants, needs and desires related to your employee benefits program. We'll even talk to your employees to get a sense of how they view your current benefits package. Our comprehensive approach will have you looking at your employee benefits program closer than you have ever seen it before.

Always Here for You
Designing a plan that works for you and your employees is literally only the beginning. Since we view ourselves as your partners in the process, when a shift in strategy is warranted – whether to streamline expenses or add benefits – we work with you to set up your new program and communicate changes to your management and staff. Our goal is to make any transition as seamless as possible while also helping your employees see the inherent value of your benefits program. And once it's in place, Ganim is available to assist you and your employees day-to-day with questions or issues regarding coverage and services.

Value-Added Tools Help Make the Difference
Our custom, personal approach benefits offerings are really just a part of the Ganim story. What helps make us different is the wide range of tools and resources we can deliver to you and your employees.

For Your Organization
Via the Ganim Web site, your human resources staff has access to the innovative My HR View. This online resource and reference center houses a library of employee benefits, human resources and employment information, as well as personal financial planning information.

For Your Employees

The Ganim Employee Help Line Card
Every one of your employees will receive an Employee Help Line Card. With detailed contact information, your employees can get in touch with Ganim if they have questions or concerns about their plan.

Your Benefit Connection
A secure, Web-based resource, Your Benefit Connection gives employees details about your plan such as eligibility and cost sharing, as well as access to enrollment forms and contact information. Our system also enables your employees to compare medical plans, complete employee benefits surveys, access a wide range of useful calculators and search our database of articles and frequently asked questions. All the information is customized to your company, and you can even opt to include news and memos coming directly from your internal departments.

Combined, the powerful information and self-service capabilities of our Employee Help Line and Your Benefit Connection results in fewer calls to your human resources staff – freeing them up to focus on other critical employee issues.

A "Second Paycheck"
You may think your employees understand the value of the benefits you provide to them, but that may not always be the case. Based on our years of experience, we've discovered that the perceived value of a benefits package is often far below the actual worth. That's why we've designed what we call the "Second Paycheck." Each employee receives Second Paycheck documentation that details the benefits you offer and outlines specific costs – demonstrating the total value of the compensation package provided.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Nothing impacts employee performance more than personal issues – whether health-related or emotional in nature. That's why an effective Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is vital to the overall well being of your business. Designed to help keep your employees healthy and productive at work and at home, an EAP offers a comprehensive range of services intended to identify personal issues early, and help your employees deal with them in a confidential, nurturing environment.
